My name is Henry, and i am called Crow, within a tribal gift of names. There are some who say that what I write has made me a anomaly within the Matrix of the Net. I say it is what is written that is the anomaly.
I share a truth of words handed down to me from the time I was a child. I walked away from this Matrix because of Laws against God and Country, and allowed myself to be that of which I am not.
Because of the system failure brought on by 9/11, this system of a Matrix came into my life, now I fight back with words of truth to bring back a balance lost.
It is the word of the streets that in part, is the issue, of why the attack on 9/11/2001, it is because American Business Companies started taking over this Arabic Drug Empire. And the conflict started to unfold.
When the Food and Drug Administration and the Drug Enforcement Agency step aside and allow heroin to be sold in the USA. This show that Government miss use of power at hand.
International Boycott Of The Arabic Drug Empire Phase 2
Nine years we have been at war and I ask the big why ? Why is there a hands off policy that prevent the destruction of these poppy plants ?
Please allow me to share a concept with the People Of America, that will build for tomorrow. The Great Wall Of China in America. A 10 year project, and within the respect of why China built that wall and even as of today China makes money form that wall. This project will build towns and cities on both sides of the border and will bring peace and security. Another concepts is,
To find a way into the hearts of children, first you must allow a truth to be shared and then let this share build within their hearts and you will see children open their minds to things not known.
Did you know that American Dollars supported the Terrorist Attack on 9/11/2001, and thousands of lives have been lost. Who are the investors of the pharmaceutical Company Purdue that makes Oxycontin and how are they above the Law ? Oxycontin is Heroin made from the opium / poppy plants. It is Illegal by Law to buy and resale Heroin. Purdue is responsible for the deaths on 9/11 and the on going addiction here in America.
I have been so out of touch with this world and the issues within, and because of this system failure brought on by this 9/11 , War and the Scams that brought the American People to their knees. I am a little bit angry, because some one said to me why, why Mr. Massingale do you persist? Because I choose to and this Arabic Drug Empire is in my way. I do not belong in this world of a Matrix, that most hold in the hearts as if it is all that. But because of this War I am now apart of it.
Now people do not feel that addicts need help within this Health Care Bill. Let me show you how wrong you are and I did give warning that I would write words in to this Matrix that would shake the Foundation of this Government Institution. So put on your seat belt because its the Law. Both OxyContin (a brand name for oxycodone) and heroin are made from opium, which is obtained from poppy plants. As a result, they are both considered opioid narcotics. However, the details of how they work and the side effects aren't quite the same. Like morphine, codeine, and many other pain relievers, they are part of a large family of opium-derived drugs. These drugs have a bad rep because some people become addicted to them, but they are still the gold standard for treatment of pain " from yahoo"

New photos of the Sept. 11, 2001, World Trade Center attack have been released, obtained by ABC News through a Freedom of Information Act request filed with the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The NIST collected the images as part of its investigation into the terrorist attack. The photos offer a rare aerial view of Ground Zero in the moments after the attack.

Sunday, 30 May 2010 16:18White House energy adviser Carol Browner also said that after the latest failure to halt the leak, the US was "prepared for the worst scenario".
BP is to try a new tactic but says it will take at least four days to set up and there is no guarantee of success.
BP chief operating officer Doug Suttles said even if it worked it would only halt a majority of the leak.
At least 20 million gallons have now spilled into the Gulf of Mexico, affecting more than 70 miles (110km) of Louisiana's coastline in the worst oil disaster in US history.
Eleven rig workers died when the Deepwater Horizon exploded and sank nearly six weeks ago.
Slice and cap
Ms Browner, talking on NBC's Meet The Press, said: "More oil is leaking in the Gulf of Mexico than at any other time in our history. It means there is more oil than the Exxon Valdez (in Alaska in 1989)."
She said she hoped the latest plan would work but admitted it would be a temporary measure and that a relief well currently being drilled might turn out to be the permanent solution.
However, that will not be ready for at least two months.
Ms Browner said BP had been told to drill another relief well in case the first did not work.
In the meantime, BP is setting up its Lower Marine Riser Package (LMRP) to stem the flow.
It will use undersea robots to slice through the damaged pipe to make a clean cut that can be connected to another pipe, capturing the leaking oil.
However, BP said the operation had never been carried out at a depth of 5,000ft and "the successful deployment of the containment system cannot be assured".
University of Alabama engineering professor Philip W Johnson told Associated Press news agency that although he was hopeful the plan would succeed, if the new cap could not be placed on the fresh cut, "things will get much worse".
The system is similar to a previous containment dome plan that failed.
'Unjustly victimised'
Speaking on US television on Sunday, BP managing director Robert Dudley vowed the company would learn from its failed attempts and continue trying.
He said the company would know by the end of the week if the latest attempt had succeeded.
Mr Suttles earlier admitted its "top kill" operation to blast waste material and heavy mud into the ruptured well had failed.
"We have been unable to overcome the flow from the well, so we now believe it's time to move on to the next of our options," he said.
Mr Suttles said he "did not know for certain" why it had failed.
Meanwhile at least 12,000 barrels (504,000 gallons) are leaking into the Gulf every day.
BP has spent more than $940m (£645m) so far in trying to contain the disaster.
President Obama earlier expressed anger at the latest failure.
"It is as enraging as it is heartbreaking, and we will not relent until this leak is contained, until the waters and shores are cleaned up, and until the people unjustly victimised by this man-made disaster are made whole," he said.
Mr Obama toured the oil-hit areas on Friday and said he would triple the manpower to contain and clean up the spill.

To show you how the cause and effect of a work of uniting the views of 173 million people and the inter faced sites has forced Government to sign this Bill to Law and now it is where It needs to be, in Court. Officials seek to balance, I seek to un-balance because I want the same as 89% of the People want, a honest Reform.
You humor yourself over my statement of forcing the issue of Government signing the Bill early, what make you think that Officials are not aware of this work to unite 250 million people ?
I am sorry but this Bill to Law needs to go back to formula. It is not built on equal standing between Social Grace of People and The People.
First off, somehow there is just to many people that do not understand the function of the Governing Bodies within Government. First, there are around 60 Personal that hold seats that write these Laws, both Democrat and Republican. Then this Bill for Law goes up for a vote and there is around 500 or so Republican and Democrats that vote. The sling talk of this of being the Obama Bill is not Political Correct within the use of words.
Now lets get to the issues of this Bill of Law being Unconstitutional. I agree this new Health Care Law borders on a Constitutional Infringement and within the rush of putting it into action, a balance of dollar issues is lost. The placement of threats against the People is in fact Unconstitutional, as will as force pay.
Unfortunately the Law Suites against the Bill needs to be restructure within the Concepts Of Constitutional Infringements through the voice of the People it is this Voice that guides the destiny of the Country and the decisions within that Court. .For Example, the weight of 100 million people, and their words in Court bring weight of value to not destroy this Bill of Law but to take it back to formula.
I must agree with people that this Bill to Law is built within the concept of Social Grace and I do not blame people one bit for the out cry of the burden place against Companies and people that make a great deal of money.
To show people that I do not belong to any Governing Parties or Insurance Companies, please enjoy the Roll back Concepts of FASC under economy buster at our site.
This issue we find unfair, According to information, that Tax Payers pay for over 75% of all Medical Cost for Government Officials. As it would seem this Social Grace, is not of a equal standing, as stated in Bill 101 of the New Health Care Laws. Government Officials are Civil Servants According to Law and should not be above the Law of this 10% Force Pay on a Yearly Income. Health care for U.S. Politicians receive the Countrys ,New health care plan to cover all government people (When the President, Senators, ... leaves office do they lose their federal employee health care or go on cobra like concept... Make them pay for their own Health care just as we do if they refuse to pay tax, what then ? { you can find this story also at the page for economy buster and the link } ...
My big complaint is that the 10% based, Health Care Forum Bill 101 is lacking inter structure and will not help the economic effected people, and will burden people who all ready have insurance.
This 1900 pages of Law is untested and only in theory. The fact still remains that because this Health Care System is a $100 Trillion Dollar per year system ,we feel that the Court should place this new Tax Theory { Bill to Law} under Court Supervision for 3 years, because of the failure of Officials to fix the existing Tax System. Without further in site of a balance, only a way to balance the existing in a concept that still eludes practical guidelines. As in I see no back up ideas like {plan B} and it, this Tax Plan is still based on a dollars being a constant flow of cash.
Welcome to FASC Concepts, to strategically rebuild the United States within the best Health Care Companies and ideas. In all things is the beginning. Please see full story on page 13 and page for economy buster and the link, enjoy.

It's sort of amusing, but also extremely pathetic, how Republicans (which now seems to consist entirely of self-defined ‘conservatives’) in general these days blame ''the media'' the vaguely-defined "elitists'' ''the intellectuals'' and ''liberals'' for not being ''true'' Americans..
Do they not realize that all of those groups that they daily attack are people who are almost always: ''educated''.. people who aren’t afraid to travel the world and learn about other cultures… people who realize that the United States isn’t the only country in the world???
These groups that they daily condemn are people who have generally spent a significant portion of their lives devoted to studying and learning, and who are aware that everyone on this planet isn't some isolated ''folksy'' xenophobe who goes to the type of church that every Sunday has a holy-roller type of pastor get them all pumped up on how righteous ‘they’ are, and how wrong the entire rest of the world is.
It's as if they actually value ignorance. If it isn't some grotesque and immature depiction of President Obama, it will be an alias photo of things like the American flag with a fierce eagle superimposed over it, or a weeping statue of liberty, or the old “don’t tread on me” banner, as if that will fool anyone when they trot out their hatred and attacks on our government, on our president, on people who value human diversity, or who value freedom of religion… ‘freedom of religion’ meaning that you don’t get to impose ‘your’ version of religion on everyone else.
They forget or most likely never knew, that the original ''Americans'' (other than the indigenous inhabitants) at the time that it became necessary to risk their lives to create our nation, were the type in the original 13 colonies who were generally well aware of world issues, who were well-read, and who valued literary education.
They were not some pioneer and likely poorly-educated family living in a sod hut on the prairies shooting ‘Injuns’, (most likely imagined in their minds as depicted in 'Little House on the Prairie')… that came much later, after we decided to push westward and forcibly take the rest of the continent from its original inhabitants through murder and war.
The Founding Fathers, who tended to be brilliantly intellectual and well-educated men, were completely opposite in nature to these myopic, culturally-unaware, and mentally-isolated type of people, who in their self-proclaimed ‘patriotic’ fervor, attack everyone and everything around them on a daily basis, and have an amazing penchant for conspiracy theories.
You have only to look at one of their typically insane blogs that are on any major 'conservative' news site such as Fox News, or Townhall.com.. on any given day that they eagerly swallow; hook, line, and sinker :
“Grandma’s gonna die because of Obama.”
“Government is going to force your children to become homosexuals.”
“God will kill the evil-doers.”
“Obama born in Africa to pagan witch doctors.”
“Democrats to impose martial socialistic/communist law.”
“Obama proven as racist because he hates all white people.”
Thank God that their hate, ignorance, bigotry, and devotion to unregulated markets, and what that has gotten us, are pretty apparent to all now, after 8 years of their miserable stewardship of our nation.
Liberal= root word ''liberty''.. to them, the word liberty is only for those who look, think, and act exactly like them... to liberals, that freedom is for all Americans, regardless of sexual orientation, race, gender, or religious belief, as long as that religious belief is not used to deny other citizens their human and civil rights, or to constantly attack them as ‘going to hell’.
If being a 'true' American means both that you must be a ‘conservative’ and that you must want to live a life where everyone has to follow the same ‘fire and brimstone’ type of religion... where you must value ignorance and fear of the world around you over education and multi-cultural awareness... then those people that believe that should go invent a theocracy on some remote Alaskan island, with Sarah Palin as their high-priestess if they want to force everyone to think like them, but they should also stop calling themselves ‘Americans’ if they want to deny everyone else ‘their’ liberty in personal life and religious freedom.

PELOSI
It's All In How You Say It
Nancy Pelosi was touring the countryside in a chauffeur-driven car.
Suddenly, a cow jumps out into the road, they hit it full on, and the
car comes to a stop. Nancy, in her usual charming manner, says to
the chauffeur:'You get out and check - you were driving.'
The chauffeur gets out, checks, and reports that the animal is dead but it was old.
'You were driving; go and tell the farmer,' says Nancy
Two
hours later, the chauffeur returns totally plastered, hair ruffled with
a big grin on his face. 'My God, what happened to you?' asks Nancy.
The chauffeur replies:'When I got there, the farmer opened his best
bottle of Scotch whisky, the wife cooked me a great meal and the
daughter made love to me.'
'What on earth did you say?' asks Nancy.
I said to them: 'I'm Nancy Pelosi's chauffeur, and I've just killed the old cow.'

Custom Embossed Wristbands
have been popular fundraising bracelets for the better part of the last
decade. Embossed bracelets are pretty much like the famous debossed
wristbands, with the exception being embossed wristbands have raised
lettering as opposed to debossed which have indented lettering.
Lettering can be printed on the outside and inside of most types of fundraising bracelets,
however we recommend outside only for embossed wristbands since the
raised lettering can feel slightly uncomfortable with raised lettering
against the skin. We can emboss any simple to moderately complex design
and or text for your fundraising wristbands, and our artwork and design are always FREE! Our list of satisfied customers grows longer each and every day. Minimum quantity of only 50 embossed wristbands!
We also manufacture a variety of other promotional products which are ideal for fundraising opportunities. Try Custom Hand Fans or Custom Vinyl Magnets

WHAT MARTIN LUTHER KING CALLED EVIL, BARACK OBAMA CALLS GOOD
By Rev. Clenard H. Childress, Jr.
I had the pleasure of meeting Gianna Jessen earlier this year at "Walk for Life San Francisco." Gianna's vibrant energetic personality is therapeutic. Engaging her in conversation is a sure cure for anyone struggling with personal demons of fear and insecurity! Gianna is a sure and certain candidate for receiving the 'against all odds' award. Challenges are not new to Gianna. She was scheduled for a saline solution abortion while she was in her third trimester in her mother's womb. After being burned alive for approximately 18 hours, she survived! Her mother gave her up for adoption and the saline solution caused her to develop cerebral palsy. Challenged by death, desertion, and disease, she prevailed and is one of the most sought after anointed gospel vocalists of our time.
Gianna survived, but if a certain Illinois Senator would have had his way, she would have never received medical attention after the botched abortion. Senator Barack Obama heard the story of babies like Gianna who were surviving abortions but were being left to die in dirty laundry closets at Christ Hospital in Chicago but did nothing on their behalf. As well, the profession which takes the Hippocratic Oath to preserve and save life, ignores struggling infants in desperate need of assistance. Naked, helpless, and in extreme pain, they receive no assistance, no doctor to aid, and no mother to care. Barack Obama, after hearing of these brutal, calloused acts of mans inhumanity to man, voted to allow this heinous, barbaric behavior to continue. Barack Obama voted three times against protecting these born alive victims.
I guess we shouldn't be surprised when we look at his consistent anti-infant voting record. The wife of the senator, Michelle Obama, has written letters supporting partial birth abortion. The Obama's are advocates and supporters of Planned Parenthood with full knowledge of their racist practices against African-Americans. I cannot fathom how any person, or leader of conscience, would support a candidate that not only willfully promotes an institution of such racist origin, but embodies their value system. It's despicable and unconscionable.
In his speech at the Planned Parenthood Fund raiser, Barack Obama recalled how the first 'Margaret Sanger Award' went to Martin Luther King. To those of you that know of Margaret Sanger, you are aware this was an attempt to put a 'Black face' on her plan to initiate sterilization and abortion in the African-American community. Just as it is with Barack Obama, the vast majority of Americans did not know of Sanger's radical views on race and government; they did not know of Sanger's associations with Adolph Hitler, Paul Stoddard and members of the Third Reich. Margaret Sanger fooled a lot of people with her deception; so is Barack Obama.
Since Barack Obama had the "audacity" to bring up Martin Luther King, let's look at my favorite portion of Kings prophetic "Letter from a Birmingham Jail..."
"There was a time when the church was very powerful in the time when the early Christians rejoiced at being deemed worthy to suffer for what they believed. In those days the church was not merely a thermometer that recorded the ideas and principles of popular opinion; it was a thermostat that transformed the mores of society. Whenever the early Christians entered a town, the people in power became disturbed and immediately sought to convict the Christians for being 'disturbers of the peace' and outside agitators. But the Christians pressed on in the conviction that they were 'a colony of heaven' called to obey God rather than man. Small in number they were big in commitment. They were too God-intoxicated to be 'astronomically intimidated.' By their effort and example they brought an end to such ancient evils as infanticide."
Martin Luther King points to a people of Christian faith that demanded an end to infant killing. In Rome in their declining years, it became law that upon the birth of your newborn child, if you didn't like the color of their eyes, the texture of their hair, the complexion of their skin, you could by law lay your child by the side of the road to die. The law further stated, anyone touching your child to give aid would be put to death. The newborn child was to be left to die! The early church under the threat of death scooped those children up and raised them as their own. Martin Luther King called not giving children "left by the side of the road" receiving no aid, evil! Barack Obama calls it a good thing. 80% of Americans call partial birth abortion, evil, while Mr. and Mrs. Obama call it a good thing.
St. Augustine said, "An unjust law is no law at all." I would say, "Far worst than the unjust laws are the persons who would vote to elect candidates who support unjust laws."

The article below was written by syndicated columnist,
Thomas Sowell, a black man. He wrote it in a humorous way
this past week in a column titled 'Random Thoughts'
and published it in newspapers nationally, so maybe you've already seen it.
If not, be my guest:
Senator John McCain could never convince me to vote for him. Only Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama can cause me to vote for McCain.
After long and serious thought, I have decided to endorse Senator John McCain for President.
I have always voted for the person and have not voted for anyone because some political party was telling me who I should vote for.
We all know the choices by now and, that said, I do believe that the process of selecting a chief executive is deeply flawed. The words 'money' and' special interests' come to mind, among many others.
Here's the way I see it:
Barack Obama, you are a fine public speaker. You are also an extremely liberal Senator from the State of Illinois , which has a long and rich history of political corruption of the first magnitude. You are indeed a child of that system.
You have finally insulted my intelligence far beyond my capacity to tolerate your insults. It has nothing at all to do with your skin color. As a matter of fact, it would be so COOL to finally have an African-American for President. What a great statement that would be to the entire world that we are indeed the greatest country on earth!
But, unfortunately, General Colin Powell is not running, and YOU are NOT the man for this job !
Barack, baby, you want me to believe that you have never heard the sermons of your own pastor, the Right Reverend 'God BLEEP America ' Jeremiah Wright. It is a matter of record that this has been your church for over 20 years. It is a matter of record that you were married there by this very pastor, and that your children were baptized there.
The good Reverend saw fit to visit Khadafy in Libya with you and to give a lifetime achievement award to Louis Farrakhan, of all people. We have all now seen excerpts of his sermons all over the airwaves by now. And you have publicly stated that this man IS your 'spiritual mentor.'
BUT, your pastor is NOT the reason I am NOT voting for you. His words were disturbing enough, but it is your own HUGE church congregation, seen jumping, hooting and howling to his words in the background that disturb me the most. And please don't tell me you attended church there and never once heard a 'discouraging word' in the 20 years you attended there. Don't tell me, that in addition to the good reverend, that you are now not having anything to do with all those other people seen hooting and howling out in the audience in t he background of his fiery tirades. Even Oprah Winfrey got disgusted and walked out on your campaign. I am no Oprah fan, but still she did the right thing.
Now you look me in the eye and ask me to believe that you never heard such language in all the years you attended there! This is like me telling you that I attended dozens of Klan rallies and never once heard the 'N' word.
Yep. And Bill Clinton 'did not inhale'.
Yes, Mr. Obama, we all have friends who have said stupid things that embarrassed us, but NOW you have asked me to believe something that is so incredibly stupid that you are telling me that I am just stupid enough to believe you. THAT is the main reason that I will never vote for you.
I am deeply sorry, that in a country teeming with enormously talented African Americans who would make a good President, that the political system has chosen YOU. You are a pathetic and plastic excuse for an American, who will not even salute the Flag during the Pledge of Allegiance. God forbid you ever get near the Oval Office.
Which leaves us with Senator John McCain.
John, you are a flawed man. You are a bit old, a bit looney, and you have a notoriously bad temper. This perfectly qualifies you, in my humble opinion, to lead us for the next eight years. I WANT your trembling hand on the nuclear button.
Think about it.
We have Kim Jong IL, Chavez and Ahmadenijad all running around like lunatics, threatening America and threatening to plunge the world into nuclear Armageddon. We have Putin and the Chinese blustering and rattling their sabers at us. I want John McCain in the Oval Office and I want him to be really ticked off at all these other nut jobs around the planet.
John, once you are elected, I want you to go into the Oval Office and throw one of your perfect FITS. Jump up and down and throw something through a plate glass window. Rip the drapes down and foam at the mouth a bit. And I want the whole thing on camera so that Ahmadinejad can see it. I want ALL of these 'world leaders' to lay awake at night and to break out in a cold sweat every time they think of messing with the United States of America .
I want the nuclear button sitting right next to the alarm clock on your night stand. I want pictures of this to be sent to Iran , Russia , China , Venezuela , Cuba , Libya , Syria , Pakistan , and those other dopes in the sheets, the Saudis.
On the domestic front, poor John did try and reach across the aisle to the opposition in a desperate effort to compromise and to get the Congress to do something. You may not agree with his efforts, but at least he TRIED. For all his efforts, all he got handed to him was his head in a basket. The liberals are ticked at him and the conservatives are ticked at him. Just my kinda guy.
One heartbeat from the Oval Office.
Finally. John McCain knows on a most personal level what it is to suffer horrible torture for years and to see others die, right in front of you, for their love of America . When you ask him about it, he will tell you that what he did was 'nothing special. ' Even more incredibly, he states that ANY American who truly loves his country would do exactly the same as he did in that situation. You and I will have a hard time believing that, but the real point is that John McCain believes that about the 'average American,' and that, dear friends and neighbors, is why I will cast my one poor ballot for on election day for John McCain --

Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court

The order and memorandum came down at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Philip Berg's lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States had been dismissed by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.
Surrick, it seemed, was not satisfied with the nature of evidence provided by Berg to support his allegations.
Various accounts, details and ambiguities from Obama’s childhood form the basis of Plaintiff’s allegation that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States. To support his contention, Plaintiff cites sources as varied as the Rainbow Edition News Letter … and the television news tabloid Inside Edition. These sources and others lead Plaintiff to conclude that Obama is either a citizen of his father’s native Kenya, by birth there or through operation of U.S. law; or that Obama became a citizen of Indonesia by relinquishing his prior citizenship (American or Kenyan) when he moved there with his mother in 1967. Either way, in Plaintiff’s opinion, Obama does not have the requisite qualifications for the Presidency that the Natural Born Citizen Clause mandates. The Amended Complaint alleges that Obama has actively covered up this information and that the other named Defendants are complicit in Obama’s cover-up.A judge’s attitude toward the factual foundation of a plaintiff’s claims is an essential factor in understanding just who indeed has standing to sue. The question running to the heart of the standing doctrine is whether or not the plaintiff indeed has a personal stake in the outcome of the otherwise justiciable matter being adjudicated. As has been discussed before many times here at America’s Right, a plaintiff wishing to have standing to sue must show (1) a particularized injury-in-fact, (2) evidence showing that that the party being sued actually caused the plaintiff’s particularized injury-in-fact, and (3) that adjudication of the matter would actually provide redress.
In this case, Judge Surrick’s attitude toward the evidence presented by Berg to support his allegations figures in heavily because, while there is a three-pronged test to standing in itself, there is no definitive test by which the court can determine whether a certain harm is enough to satisfy the first element of that three-pronged test by showing true injury-in-fact. Traditionally, it hasn’t taken much to satisfy the need for an injury-in-fact, but as the plaintiff’s claimed injury is perceived as being more remote, more creative, or more speculative, the injury-in-fact requirement becomes more difficult to satisfy.

As it were, much of Berg’s basis for injury-in-fact could be considered threatened injury–he felt that the country was at risk for “voter disenfranchisement” and that America was certainly headed for a “constitutional crisis”—and, while threatened injury can certainly be injury enough to satisfy the injury-in-fact element, such satisfaction depends upon the threat being perceived by the judge as being not too creative, speculative or remote.
When it came to Philip Berg’s personal stake in the matter at hand, Surrick compared his action with those of Fred Hollander—the man who, earlier this year, sued Sen. John McCain in New Hampshire on grounds that, born in the Panama Canal Zone, he was not a natural born citizen—and held that Berg’s stake “is no greater and his status no more differentiated than that of millions of other voters.” The harm cited by Berg, Surrick wrote, “is too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters.”
So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that's completely up to Congress to decide.
If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution’s eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint.
Judge the 34-page memorandum. In one such instance, Surrick noted that Berg had misinterpreted the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in asking the court to permit him to amend his complaint. The first amended complaint was deemed admitted by Judge Surrick on grounds that, under FRCP 15(a), a party can amend once so long as it’s done before being served with a responsive pleading and that [just as I had not-so-confidently suggested] the motion to dismiss filed on Sept. 24 by Obama and the DNC was not a responsive pleading. Because Berg perceived the motion to dismiss as a responsive pleading and was waiting on the court to grant or deny the motion for leave to amend, he did not serve the additional defendants added in the amended complaint. This, too, was noted by Surrick.
Berg’s attempts to distinguish his own case from Hollander were deemed by Surrick to be “[h]is most reasonable arguments,” but his arguments citing statutory authority were said by the judge to be a venture “into the unreasonable” and were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.” All in all, the judge wrote, it was the satisfaction of the injury-in-fact requirement which was the problem. Berg’s harm was simply too intangible.
…regardless of questions of causation, the grievance remains too generalized to establish the existence of an injury in fact. To reiterate: a candidate’s ineligibility under the Natural Born Citizen Clause does not result in an injury in fact to voters. By extension, the theoretical constitutional harm experienced by voters does not change as the candidacy of an allegedly ineligible candidate progresses from the primaries to the general election.
Intangible or not, Berg said, we have a case where "an American citizen is asking questions of a presidential candidate's eligibility to even hold that office in the first place, and the candidate is ducking and dodging questions through legal procedure."
In fact, the motion to dismiss and motion for protective order filed by Barack Obama and the DNC were not only proper but also an expected maneuver by the defense attorneys. The very idea behind such motions is to foster the adjudication of the matter with minimal damage to the named defendants, and both are measures used more often than not. Still, Berg believes there is more to it.
"While the procedural evasions may be proper," Berg said, "it only makes me believe more that we were correct in the first place, that Obama does not have the documentation we've requested."
While the evidence presented by Berg was largely circumstantial, the attorney says that he is learning more about this narrative--and about the Democratic Party nominee for president--with each passing day. For example, regardless of whether it could be attached to the proceeding as it goes through the appellate process, Berg said, he is in possession of a native-language audiotape of Sarah Obama, Barack Obama's paternal grandmother, stating on the day of the last presidential debate that her famous grandson was indeed born in Kenya, and that she was present in the hospital for his birth.
"The tape is in the native language there," Berg said. "I will release it as soon as translation is confirmed by affidavit, and we are waiting on affidavits from contacts over here and in Kenya."
Berg, nonetheless, is disappointed by Surrick's decision and will issue a press release today detailing his plans to appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and then to the United States Supreme Court.
"This is a question of who has standing to stand up for our Constitution," Berg said. "If I don't have standing, if you don't have standing, if your neighbor doesn't have standing to ask whether or not the likely next president of the United States--the most powerful man in the entire world--is eligible to be in that office in the first place, then who does?"

Little Known Heros of the Revolution
The Boston Massacre
March 5th 1770. The Boston Massacre....Crispus Attucks was not only the First American Martyr of the Revolution, he was also the Organizer and leader of the Crowd that confronted the British Soldiers at Boston that day. He was also the Formost in Resisting the British Soldiers and as a result the First one Killed.
In 1851 there was a Petition presented to the Massachusetts Legislature for the appropriation of Funds to build a Monument to the First American Martyr of the Revolution, Crispus Attucks. The Petition was denied.
On the 5th of March, 1776, Washington repaired to the intrenchments. "Remember," said he, "it is the 5th of March, and avenge the death of your brethren!"
The Battle of Bunker Hill
June 17th 1775, The Battle of Bunker Hill. Patriots after surronding the City of Boston, took up postions on the Charlestown Peninsula on top of Bunker Hill and Breed's Hill North of town across the Bay. During this battle between 1,500 American Patriots and 2,400 British Soliders took part. While the British did take both Hills they suffered Heavy losses. British casualties were about 1,150 killed and wounded, while the Patriots suffered 450 Killed and wounded.
But out of those who died 2 famous People were Killed in the Fighting. A Patriot named General Warren and a British Major of Marines Pitcarin. The Little known Hero is the Man who Killed Major Pitcarin was named Henry Hill. After the Battle he was was presented to General Washington for his heroic Fighting and the killing of the Major. In Pictures made of the Battle he was at First a Prominent Figure, but over time he has been forgotten and ingloriously left out.
Henry Hill also fought in the battles of Lexington, Brandywine, Monmouth, Princeton, and Yorktown. He died in Chilicothe, on the 12th of August, 1833, aged eighty years. He was buried with the honors of war and eventually forgotten to History.
Dorchester Heights
On March 4th, 1776 Boston. Washington received 59 Cannon from the Captured British fort of Ticondaroga. Overnight the Patriots Constructed Fortifications and installed the Cannon on the Heights overlooking British occupied Boston. This move eventually led to the British evacutaion of Boston on March 17th, 1776. March 17 is celebrated as Evacuation Day in some Massachusetts communities.
But one Little known Hero is James Easton. James Easton, of Bridgewater, was one who participated in the erection of the fortifications on Dorchester Heights, under command of Washington. His talents were invaluable in the Construciton of the fortifications.
Mr. Easton was a manufacturing blacksmith, and his forge and nail factory, where were he also made edge tools and anchors, was extensively known, for its superiority of workmanship. Much of the iron work for the Tremont Theatre and Boston Marine Railway was executed under his supervision. Mr. Easton was self-educated. When a young man, stipulating for work, he always provided for chances of evening study. He was welcome to the business circles of Boston as a man of strict integrity, and the many who resorted to him for advice in complicated matters styled him "the Lawyer." His sons, Caleb, Joshua, Sylvanus, and Hosea, inherited his mechanical genius and mental ability.
Crossing of the Delaware
December 25th, 1776 Trenton. In a daring tactic, General Washington in the Dead of Winter decide to attack the town of Trenton. In the middle of the night and during a snow storm the Patriots crossed the Delaware River and then attacked the Hessian Mercenaries and British Troops occuping the Town. It was an absolute and complete Victory.
A Little known Hero was Oliver Cromwell. He enlisted in company commanded by Capt. Lowery, attached to the Second New Jersey Regiment, under the command of Col. Israel Shreve. He was at the battles of Trenton, Princeton, Brandywine, Monmouth, and Yorktown. Cromwell was brought up a farmer, having served his time with Thomas Hutchins, Esq., his maternal uncle. He was, for six years and nine months, under the immediate command of Washington, whom he loved affectionately. "His discharge "at the close of the war, was in Washington's own hand-writing, of which he was very proud, often speaking of it. He received, annually, ninety-six dollars pension. He lived a long and honorable life. He lost three sons and three daughters; had fourteen children who reached the age of maturity--seven sons and seven daughters. He saw his grand-children to the third generation. He was a man of strong natural powers--never chewed tobacco nor drank a glass of ardent spirit. He died, in the town of his birth, January 24th, 1853.
There is another little known Hero at the Crossing. Prince Whipple was a Body Guard to General Whipple of New Hampshire, who was an Aid to General Washington. In the Engraving done of the Night of December 25th 1776, Prince Whipple can be seen Proudly riding Horseback, next to General Washington and General Whipple. More Modern Artist's failed to add him to other renditions of that Glorious Night.
Prince was beloved by all who knew him. He was the "Caleb Quotem" of Portsmouth, where, he died at the age of thirty-two, leaving a widow and children.
The Spy of Lafayette
One Little known hero is James Armistead Lafayette. James was a man who Volunteered his service to General Lafayette of the Continential Army. So impressed with this Man General Lafayette asked him to be a Spy. Upon agreeing to this task, he was able to get himself employed by the British General Cornwallis. Cornwallis was also so impressed by him that he in turn, asked him to spy for the British Army. So James Armistead started Feeding the British false information till the Surrender of General Cornwallis. So perfect was the Acting of James that not until Cornwallis met James in the Headquarters tent of General Lafayette, did his true identity and mission become known to him. James was so fond of General Lafayette that he took his last name as a sign of his loyalty and appreciation. The Service provided by James and the success of his mission was immeasurable to the success over Cornwallis.
Americans All..
What some of you may have already figured out is that not only are these American Heros. But they are American Heros that happen to be African American. The reason for not including this earlier, is because it matters little what the Color of their skin was. All that matters is that they are Heros, American Heros that fought for not only Our Liberty and Freedom, but their Liberty and the Freedom of Future Generations.
The Continential Army was so integrated by the end of the Revolutionary War, 1/4th of it was made up of African Americans. The United States would not see this kind of integration again for another 200 years.
These are not all of the Hero's of the American Revolution, there are many more of many different Races and Sexes. But the Fact that they Fought and many died for all of us.....is what matters.
They Were...........We Are..............Americans All...

Once upon a time the democratic party was for the working class people but here recently I am wondering what is up with the democrats. I have been listening to them and watching their actions and I am wondering what has happened to the democratic party.
They freed up the social security so it could be wasted knowing it was a retirement plan for the lower income working class. They added taxes to it and voted to keep them. When their candidate lost they devolped the super delegates. Super deligates were started to make sure that the voters did not pick someone the DNC did not want. By doing this they have nulled the Americans vote.
They have decided we do not need to drill for our own oil despite the over whelming majority of voters who want just that. Now we have reach a time in the world where we have created a monster named Russia, because they have developed their oil industry while we buy from them and so do other nations. We can not afford to go to war because we are too poor to afford it.
Still no vote on oil. Do they not realize that we as a nation need to be self sufficant. Can we allow the state of our nation to continue down this path of self destruction? Russia is what it is from it's great wealth gained by oil and has slowly grown into a threat to not only Georgia but our nation as well.
Democrats have become more of an insane parent thinking they know what is best for everyone and have forgotten who they are suppose to represent. They ignore the peoples choices in favor of what they think is best for us. We need to halt the insanity and remind them they are not our parents but are suppose to be working for us.
They have taken to kicking out delegates that do not back them, they threaten democrats and dictate what media stations a politican who is a democrat can and can not go on. They have radicals that threaten people who write about their candidate unfavorably and the list goes on. They harbor hatred for republicans, even encourage people to despise and hate our own president.
What is up with them? They have a bias media that goes out of its way to edit republican politians to the point of fiction and people believe it. They want to shut down any media that does not always report pro-democratic. They refuse to admit the surge worked and they keep pushing we lost. I do not understand how the democratic party has gone so far down the hill. They do not see how much damage they are doing.
The most offensive thing I have heard them do was make the statement they would never work with a republican President. They were not elected to choose who they would or would not work with but to help keep our courty a great and powerfully safe one. Sitting on your bums and slinging words of world peace and love is not my idea of running a country. The world is not going to be filled with joy and love as long as there are men who want to rule every nation.
So what is up with the DNC?

If it's not Good for our Kids, then Why is it good for our Country?
Why do we Teach our kids that in order to succeed they need to be Self-Sufficient?
Why do we teach them how to be Independent and then vote for Politicians or Laws that take Independence away?
If we know that it's not a Formula for Success to keep Bailing our Kids out every time they screw up, then why do we encourage our Government to do so?
Why do we tell them they need to learn to do it themselves but then we turn to the Government to do things for us?
Why do we Believe in Tough Love for our Children...because we Love them..but then we bend like wet paper to the Will of Big Government?
Why do we not want our Kids to live at home when they are 40 but want the Government to "take care' of them for the rest of their lives?
Are we Good Parents and Lousy Citizens or Lousy Parents but Good Citizens?
If we want Success, Independence and Happiness for our Kids.....
Then why do we keep Encouraging Failure, Dependency and Misery in the Direction of our Government?
Do We Not Love Our Country As Much As We Love Our Children?
I Hope So......
Because Our Children Are the Future of this Country.......

Sen. Obama voted in favor of the Akaka Amendment (SA 1186) to S. 1387 The Akaka Amendment would exempt children of Filipino World War II veterans naturalized pursuant to the Immigration Act of 1990 from numerical limits on worldwide immigration. This additional exemption from caps on visa issuance would serve only to increase the flow of immigration into the United States. The Akaka Amendment passed by a vote of 97 to 9.
Sen. Obama voted in favor of a motion to invoke cloture and bring S. 1639, the “corrected and updated” version of S. 1348, the guestworker-amnesty bill that would grant an amnesty, would authorize the importation of millions of new foreign workers, and would do little to curb our illegal immigration crisis, to the Senate floor. Two weeks prior to this vote, the Senate rejected cloture on the “grand bargain” substitute amendment to S. 1348 by a 45-50 margin, thus halting – for the time being – the bill’s progress toward final passage. President Bush then stepped in to plead with Senate Republicans to give the “compromise” another look and Senate Majority Leader Reid then brought the proposal back to the Senate as a new bill, S. 1369. The motion to invoke cloture passed by a vote of 64 to 35.
